This odd natural routing supercharged my metabolism...

They say that being divorced can be a major motivator for a woman to get in shape...

...and I'm thankful that I'm not part of that very sad statistic.

Recently, my husband and I had a bit of a scare when I caught him looking at another woman.

Fortunately, it was just a case of a "Wandering Eye"...

...and it led us to what ended up being a pretty serious conversation about how we both needed to take our health more seriously.

The extra "padding" we were carrying around wasn't doing us any favors.

The only problem was that we both love food and no matter how hard we tried, we only ever managed to lose a few pounds here and there.

(We joke that one of us always gains whatever the other loses...)

I can't believe I'm in my 60's and I'm still eating and drinking whatever I want, whenever I want! (Hubby took this shot last week!)

That's when a friend told us about these "slimming sprinkles" you can add to any food or drink.

They basically "turbocharge" the metabolism so that it turns the food into energy instead of that flimsy flubber!

Fast forward a couple of months and, thanks to this super simple 3-second mealtime routine, I feel and look so much better than I have...

Honestly, probably since college.

which is why I get so excited to share it with others. If I can do it, everyone can do it!

My new motto is: "A sprinkle a day keeps the weight away!"

I was told that the link to this video was only going to be available for a limited time, so give it a watch while it's still around.
